Shipments posted on business days (Monday to Friday) between 8.00 am and 2 pm are delivered on the next business day
Expected delivery date: on the next business day by 5.00 pm
Shipments over 31.5 kg are accepted for transportation only on a pallet in the curbside delivery system (Shipments are picked up and delivered to places accessible for delivery vehicles. The service does not include loading and unloading from the vehicle).
Standard shipment - a package in the shape of a cuboid or cube with no protruding elements. The dimension of the longest side may not exceed 120 cm, and the sum of the dimensions may not exceed 220 cm.
Non-standard shipment - a package in which at least one of the three dimensions exceeds 120 cm or the sum of the dimensions exceeds 220 cm. Non-standard shipments are also packages in a round, oval, cylindrical, irregular shape or with protruding elements. This rule does not apply to shipping long goods.
Pallet shipment - shipment packed on a pallet with a base of 120 x 80 cm; max. height - 1.70 cm; max. pallet weight - 800 kg max.; curbside delivery; expected delivery time - up to 3 business days.
If the dimensional weight, calculated according to the formula below, exceeds the actual weight, the price is calculated for the dimensional weight.
